I’m a bilingual Computer Engineering student with hands-on experience in C, C++, Python, and Verilog. I’ve worked on embedded systems using Raspberry Pi, and I’m familiar with tools like Git and Vivado. My background in customer service has sharpened my communication and teamwork skills, and I’m excited to bring both my technical and interpersonal strengths into real-world engineering projects.

About Me

I’m a first-generation Mexican-American student pursuing Computer Engineering, and everything I do is driven by purpose and pride. Growing up, I didn’t have engineers in my family — but I had curiosity, grit, and the kind of work ethic that doesn’t quit. I’ve had to figure a lot out on my own, but that’s exactly what made me resilient.

Whether it’s debugging code at 2AM, wiring up circuits, or helping my siblings with homework, I’ve always believed in pushing forward no matter how tough it gets. Engineering isn’t just something I study — it’s how I build a future I’m proud of. One that breaks cycles, uplifts my community, and shows other first-gen kids that we belong here too.

Building Management System (BMS)

Designed a smart Building Management System on Raspberry Pi for automated HVAC, lighting, fire detection, and security, with live weather API integration and LCD output.

MIPS Pipelined Processor Simulation

Designed a five-stage pipelined processor in Verilog with hazard detection, data forwarding, and control flow handling. Simulated instruction fetch, decode, execution, memory access, and write-back stages using waveform analysis. Verified proper execution of arithmetic, branching, and memory operations under different hazard conditions.
